The third edition of Art Days – Napoli Campania, a major and collective event for contemporary art within the region, will be reopening from October 19th to October 29th.

For the first time, the Museo Irpino is participating in the Art Days cultural exhibition as a partner, offering three events at the Complesso Monumentale Carcere Borbonico, with extended hours until 9:30 pm.

At 6 pm, visitors can enjoy a guided tour of “Counter Mythology”, a multimedia installation on display in the Irpinia section of the museum. This exhibition is curated by Emanuele Resce and Valentina Avanzini, members of the research group Transpieces.

At 6:30 pm, the Latinist and historian of religions, Gian Matteo Corrias will be discussing the literary and epigraphic sources related to the people of Irpinia and their deities.

The evening concludes with a musical performance by Michele Andreotti, starting at 8 pm.

The Museo Irpino will be open to the public until 9.30 pm
