The imaginative vision takes on precise contours which &#8211; writes Luciano Piras in the preface of the exhibition catalog &#8211; leave the dream open. It is the gift that Alfonso Silba gives us: he takes each of us into this fantastic journey, this unearthly pilgrimage that never ends \u00bb. Again Tiberio Fusco, in the introductory text to the catalog, underlines how Silba &#8220;observed the beauties of nature a lot, transferring them to the Dante&#8217;s afterlife&#8221;.<br \/>\nAlfonso Silba, born in 1945, is a painter and sculptor of Campania origin, particularly linked to the culture and life of Orosei, a town in Sardinia where he moved at the age of 20. In 2019 he celebrated 50 years of career, in which he exhibited numerous exhibitions around Italy, telling myths, legends, cultures and history of Sardinia and human life in general, bringing with him a message of love for culture and towards the depth of the human soul.<br \/>\nAmong his works we can mention sculptures, high reliefs, bronze works and paintings, also exhibited in Dallas, Hamburg and Venice, as well as in private collections. Among the most monumental are the bronze portals with high reliefs for the Parish Church of San Giacomo Maggiore in Orosei.<br \/>\nDuring the exhibition, limited edition copies of the catalog \u201cAnd we&#8217;ll come back to see the stars\u201d edited by Gabriele Agus in collaboration with the G.
