The initiative, curated by CoopCulture for the Province of Avellino, is an invitation to spend Christmas together with an ever new cultural offer that includes reading and music meetings, thematic visits, educational activities, creative workshops, special events and new paths to discover our ancient and recent history, according to a well-established, highly successful formula. And there will be a surprise for families who want to spend a fun day at the Museum!<\/p>\n

It starts Friday, December 13, at 6.00 pm, with the first appointment of “Music between the lines” at the monumental Bourbon Prison. Special meetings by the journalist Antonella Russoniello that together with artists from Irpinia and Campania (but not only) will talk about books and music stories.
\nSaturday, December 14th, at 17.30, we move to the Archaeological Section in the Palace of Culture in Corso Europa for the thematic route to discover the 400 nativity scenes from the world that inaugurates the program of “Tours with tea”. A warm surprise awaits all participants!
\nIn the Christmas program essential are the workshops for the little ones and a moment dedicated to the whole family with the recreational-educational activities of “The Museum of the Festivals” and the Family Game scheduled between the two sites of the Museum.
\nStarting from the festive period, the Irpino Museum opens its spaces with wider hours and several days of
\nopening from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm All public services will be carried out by the specialized staff of educational operators at the Bourbon Prison monumental complex from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00; and to the Archaeological Section from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and Saturday afternoon from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, guaranteeing guided visits by appointment also on the other afternoons of the week.<\/p>\n

A journey through quiz games, skill tests and artifact hunts, to discover the beauties, secrets and curiosities of the Risorgimento Museum. A fun one opportunity to play with the whole family, while discovering the fascinating story of the nineteenth century told through the finds of the Museum.<\/p>\n

The activities are completely free, taken care of by CoopCulture \u00a0and promoted by Province of Avellino.
\nChildren can participate in up to two workshops to give ample opportunity of participation.<\/p>\n

Maximum punctuality is appreciated, with children already present at the Museum given the priority.<\/p>\n
